Should this product not perform to your expectations, IFERING will gladly replace the product upon your written request as described below. All other warranties are hereby disclaimed to the extent allowed by Federal and local law. it. This warranty does not apply to any products damaged, neglected, altered, abused, or used for a purpose other than the purpose for which they were intended. Refunds are not possible for additional costs incurred with the use or application of this product; including but not limited to labor, materials or other expenses.
For a replacement, please send your dated sales receipt and a letter describing the nature of your problem to Customer Service Department, IFERING INC, . Please include your full name, address and phone number, and allow 6-8 weeks for your replacement to be processed.
This warranty does not replace or modify any specific product warranty expressly written on a IFERING product, any individual product warranty would supersede this general product warranty
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have rights, which vary from state to state.
